(1) Open a Web Browser

Launch any web browser (such as Google Chrome) on your computer or iPad and navigate to:
https://bozmd.com/my-account/

Log in with your username and password.

Please note: When you first purchase a course, it may take a short amount of time for the system to sync your purchase with your email account. During this window, it may appear as though you do not have access to the course even though you just purchased it.

If this issue persists after one business day, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.

(2) Find Your Course

Once logged in, navigate to the course section, and select the course you are looking for from your list of available courses. 

(3) Begin The Course

Click on “Consistently Keto Introduction” to start watching the introductory video.

You must watch each lesson sequentially and in full in order for the next lesson to unlock.

After you finish the introduction video, be sure to watch it all the way to the end. When completed properly, you will see a “Lesson Completed” message along with a green check mark. Only then will the next lesson become available.

If the next videos appear locked, it usually means the previous lesson was not watched all the way through. The system requires full completion before allowing you to move forward.

If you did not receive an email from us and/or do not remember your login credentials, you may reset your password through the login button. Be sure to check junk and spam mail. 

(4) Optional: Private Online Support Group

We also recommend that you take advantage of our course benefits by joining the Neurons Facebook group, an online community for support and engagement.

Please note: You will only be accepted into the Facebook group if you have purchased the course. To ensure approval, please make sure your Facebook name or email matches the name or email used to purchase the course. If they do not match, email us at [email protected] and let us know:

(1) The email address used to purchase the course

(2) The Facebook name associated with your group request

This verification process helps ensure that access is granted only to enrolled course members.
