We’re sorry to hear that your package hasn’t arrived. Before taking the next step, please review the tracking information carefully — this often provides the fastest answer.

Step 1 – Check Your Tracking Number

Start by reviewing your tracking number.

Tracking will usually show:

(1) The delivery status (Delivered, In Transit, Returned to Sender, etc.)

(2) The delivery location (Mailbox, Front Door, Parcel Locker, etc.)

(3) The city and state where it was delivered

(4) Sometimes a proof of delivery photo (availability depends on the carrier)

If you enter your zip code on the carrier’s tracking page, you may be able to see additional delivery details (not all carriers provide photos).

If you’ve lost your tracking number or are unable to check it, email our support team with your name and order number and we’re happy to look it up for you.

If Tracking Shows “Returned to Sender” or “Undeliverable”

If the tracking shows:

(1) Returned to Sender

(2) Insufficient Address

(3) Undeliverable

(4) Address Issue

Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we can reship it to you. Please email us confirming the correct address.

If Tracking Shows “Delivered”

If tracking shows the package was delivered — and the city and state match the shipping address entered at checkout — there is unfortunately nothing further we are able to do.

At that point, your next step is to contact the shipping carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to request additional delivery details or file a lost or stolen package claim

Please note: We do not file claims with carriers on behalf of customers. If tracking shows “Delivered,” the carrier considers the shipment complete. Any lost package investigation or claim must be initiated by the recipient.
