Dr. Boz – What a wonderful story and educational bombshell! I have finished reading it and plan on doing a re-read. There is so much information which you have wonderfully supported and unselfishly shared personal story with Grandma Rose. Her support in you and your research and knowledge is not missed.
Thank you so much for sharing your personal story, your knowledge and skills to help all of us new and those more experienced ketoers.
I have severe OA in both knees and switched to Keto July 2019. Although I have had slow losses(30# since July), I have had reductions in inflammation. I know based on your information that I am insulin resistant and working hard to reduce/eliminate that. Unfortunately not enough to derail knee replacements that will happen in 2020. I hope that my orthopedic surgeon and GP will not try to derail my work. I won’t have my pre-surgery labs until February. Hoping that my body will have adjusted and both cholesterol and triglyceride levels will be in the normal ranges. 🙂
Again thank you for all your efforts to give us the tools to heal our own bodies naturally without all the meds that have been habitually pushed. HUGS!!!
