I read this book like a reference source or a textbook rather than cover to cover like a novel. I started a 16-18 hour Intermitent Dry Fast program four days ago and so far have lost 3.6, 4, 5.4 and 3.8 lbs. I have subscribed to and follow Dr. Boz on YouTube also. Thank you, Dr. Boz.
