Up to 2020, I was a carb-loading marathon runner consuming vast quantities of sugar-based products. “Anyway You Can” is an OUTSTANDING companion to those living a low carb, high fat lifestyle. I only wished I had discovered this book sooner. I have read and listened to many, many books on LCHF, Keto, Carnivore… “Anyway You Can” is a MUST. The story is inspiring and the medical explanations are easy to follow. (Some books are very technical. Technical information is good, but hearing a patient-focused explanation is very helpful.)
