God bless Dr. Boz for sharing in such a warm, clear and direct manner. I’m a 66 year old male, my New Years Resolution to go keto and I’m 100% in. I’m buying two more copies; one for my physician and one for my daughter. A firm believer in food as medicine. no other dietary system makes as complete sense as this Ketogenic lifestyle. I’m so grateful, for the easy means of measuring progress.
