My journey start 2016 and I was on a girls trip to Tybee Island. After about 3 days, in the morning, I had the worst IBS attack I had every had in my life. After about 6 hours (another long story) I ended up in a hospital in Savannah, GA. To cut this a little shorter. . .I also had septics (really, really bad stuff). It took about 3 days for the Doctors and Nurses to pull me out of it all. Thank God for my girl friends and Doctors and Nurses. They saved my life. The IBS attacked me two more times and, yes, I ended up in the hospital each time for three days. At least septic didn’t attack me again. Next, early 2018, I developed eczema on my hands, thighs, and arms. Dang that stuff is itches. Anyway, on August 8, 2018 I decided to try Keto. About 6 months went by and I was following Keto to the number. . .and realize I did NOT have any eczema and no more IBS attacks. So, am I a strong believer of the Keto Life style, You Betch Ya! Why did I slip off in December, something hit me with a stupid stick. . .really, I have NO answer why I slipping off my Keto journey. Soooooo. . . . .
I have been following Dr. Boz for about a year on YouTube, so when she offered a class on “how to do Keto right” (my term, not Dr. Boz’s), I jumped in with both feet, and so happy I did. The biggest lessons for me are . . . .1) take your time 2) follow her lead through this class 3)a healthy life style will follow.
God Bless you Dr. Boz and all you do to share the Keto Life Style
