A must Read for anybody who wants to improve its health. Several years ago, I was diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure and started medications but my diabetes in time was getting worse and worse and I was determined not to get on insulin because I didn’t want to leave what my mother leave using it for many years. I started researching and try different supposedly ways to reduce or cure Diabetes, read books including Dr. Gabriel Cousens “There is a cure for Diabetes” and tried his methods and nothing really worked, somehow I stumbled on Dr. Fung and later to KETO, so I read several books, attend short courses, used a carbohydrate counting app, and once again stumbled into Dr. Boz youtube channel watched all her youtube videos which led me to make some more adjustment on my diet and I saw improvement on my diabetes and blood pressure but not enough (my dr. stop diabetes medication but not my Blood Pressure Medication), after all I had done all I thought I was supposed to do, I was in Ketosis for several months, using a carbohydrates count app, measuring BG and K every day, etc., but still not happy because my blood pressure did not come down enough to be able to stop my medications then one day an advertisement about and online Keto course from Dr. Boz came up on my phone. I decided to dig a bit deeper into it and decided to signed up in KETCONTINUUM: Consistently keto diet for life, downloaded Cronometer app and realized several little mistakes I was making. Made the adjustment as per Dr. Boz recommendations and I was able to achieve my goals in a couple of weeks (my BP, BG and DBR).
