I found Dr Boz by accident when I was searching another group. It\’s a group I still follow and enjoy but, as a newbie, I wasn\’t finding the detailed instructions and explanations that I really wanted from someone that I thought was qualified. I wasn\’t interested in trial and error.
Dr Boz\’ program was just what I needed and was looking for.
She starts at the beginning with very clear explanations and instructions and never pushes beyond what you may be ready for. She has solutions for problems that I didn\’t know existed yet and explains how to avoid or lessen those bumps in the road. I feel that she and her \’tribe\’ are still there for me and will answer any questions. I am not alone in this journey.
I was hesitant to spend the money for the program due to my finances but I am SOOO glad I did. I was worth every penny and would definitely recommend it. I\’m in \”that age category\” where weight can be extra difficult and I am losing now and, more importantly, I feel well and empowered. Thank you Dr Boz
