I own numerous keto cookbooks, but I didn’t truly understand ketones or levels of ketosis until attending the two-day event. If you eat keto recipes filled with fat, artificial sweeteners, and gluten free flours 3x a day without understanding the science you will quickly gain a lot of weight. Dr. Boz’s Consistently Keto course taught me what it means to become fat adapted and why that is important. After a few weeks I found myself eating far less food than ever before. The course is short easy to understand videos supported by handouts. These short videos make it easy to watch repeatedly so I recommend you don’t rush from video to video. Watch and watch again over a couple days and really think about the message before you move to the next video. Don’t rush to the end. The prize is what you learn during the video journey, and the reward is what you achieve when you apply the teachings and are living consistently keto.
