My challenges were not with blood sugar, they were with releasing ketones and finding the balances with weightlifting. I am starting a new body challenge on Monday and I feel like this 3-week reset gave me 1) insight into my metabolism, 2) tools to try when I am struggling and 3) a tribe. Before the class, the tribe component was one area where I didn’t think I needed it; I could mostly manage on my own. I found that I loved the support for myself but mostly, loved being able to support and inspire others. Life-changing!! 😉
