This course was really helpful in getting my wife & I started lowering Blood Glucose levels and losing weight over the last 6 months. Fortunately the Keto diet is friendly for us, we love the meat & veggies, and can forgo the bread, pasta and fruit that are \’harmful\’. It\’s been a journey, and we have had miss-steps from time to time, but recovered quickly. Some have told us that the keto diet is not sustainable, but we have found recipies that we love and plan on staying ture for the rest of our lives Along the way my wife has lost 20 lbs and I have lost 40 lbs. The course provides a wealth of information about what to do, what not to do and why.
