In January we were shared a Dr Boz youtube video ( about Jerry). We began keto as best we could from videos and then her Anyway You Can book. We did well but at times were confused as different videos were for different levels. When Dr Boz offered the course we jumped on board and step by step began again and started to soar!!! At first we said “There is no way you can get to 20 carbs per day! We had already had some success so we pushed through, not counting coffee carbs, and are doing fine today. My body continues to get smaller bye-bye rolls. Hubby went from sweating from eating ‘pine needles’ to a 5.7 HA1c. If you are serious about your health this class is for you. Keto on🌹
